Description of Gift:
Empathy – this allows her to know the feelings of the people around her, even when she doesn’t want to know, though she has learnt to control her power better and can block the emotions of others when needed. Recently she has discovered that she can also tap into other gifted peoples power, as with most the power is tied to emotions, she is able to use their emotions as an entry into which she can gain access to and wield any power manifesting in those people around her.

Rebellion, or trying to be she is also owned
Personality:
Rayne is a fiery one, it sees her traded and sold often, not many of the normal humans cope with her well, though it also means that they take advantage of putting her in the eye of the public. Her fiery behaviour making her more entertaining then some of the other gifted’s who simply did as they were told with resignation. Although she is owned she knows that one of these days she will be one of the gifted that finally stand up against the humans and take back her life.
Her belief in this is most likely the only thing that has kept her personality in tack only making her slightly bitter toward humans. Despite the fact that she is quick to jump to antagonism and can be rather brutal with her words she is the most loyal of friends to those who deserve it.
History:
Rayne managed to fly under the radar for some time, while her power was simply to feel the emotions of others the normal’s didn’t realise she was anything special. But once she started showing powers, those of the gifted ones around her she became a sought after prize. It was kind of hard to stay hidden when you couldn’t control yourself, get to close to a gifted one with run away emotions and Rayne would find herself channelling their power before she could do anything to stop it.
Because of this she had been one of the owned for 2 months now, and she still didn’t know how to control her growing gift, with the emotions around her so extreme, it was difficult not too feel the rush of the gifts around her surging their way into her the way their emotions did, and even harder not to let them explode out into the world around her.
Rayne doesn’t remember a whole lot about growing up it was all rather a blur one that increased when she discovered her gift. Her life had become and out of control roller coaster of emotions, until she had finally found the strength to control them. Unfortunately it hadn’t been long after learning to control them that they had advanced; now she was stuck with the exposure and was one of the owned.
Though her spirit is still strong and her fiery personality is intact if anything it has been amplified by the situation and she is determined that she will one day be part of the rebellion, she was not about to sit back and be one of the many Gifted’s sitting on the sidelines doing only as she was told.
